Creating A New Normal

With an abundance of caution we have put together a plan to welcome students back to The Body Shop.  We will continue to offer online classes via Zoom for the foreseeable future, and at the same time allow students to participate in person.

  • To attend in-person classes you will need to make a reservation by emailing and receive a confirmation.  By making a reservation you are agreeing to follow The Body Shop safety guidelines. *Those students who are fully vaccinated should indicate this on their reservation email.

  • Students should bring their own mat and any other props they use. 

  • Students will be required to wear a mask at all times in the studio.  There are mats and props at the studio available for purchase if you need anything.

  • We will be following the safety plan for the re-opening mandated by the NYS Department of Health.

  • Students will maintain 6ft of physical distance between one another while in the studio, as well as entering, and leaving.

  • Instructors will be cleaning and sanitizing all common surfaces after each class.

  • Payment will be required to confirm your reservation.  If you have a series you will be charged for the class at the time of confirmation.  24 hour notice is required to cancel the reservation without being charged.  Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, cash and check.  When making requesting your reservation, please specify which method you will be using.

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms, or are feeling sick please do not attend class.

  • Students will need to fill out a health screening waiver upon entering the studio each class.
